Santa Fe

New Mexico

Cultural richness and high desert rides! Explore 150 miles in a city with unique history and stunning scenery.

Santa Fe is the capital of New Mexico, known for its unique blend of Native American, Spanish, and Anglo-American cultures. The city is famous for its adobe architecture, vibrant art scene, and rich history. Visitors can explore the historic Plaza, visit museums, and enjoy the local cuisine, which features Southwestern flavors. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking and exploring the high desert landscapes.

The area has a high desert climate with warm, dry summers and cool, dry winters. The best time for mountain biking is generally spring and fall, when the weather is more pleasant. Summer can be hot and dry, so it's important to bring plenty of water and ride during cooler parts of the day. Be prepared for dry, dusty conditions and check trail conditions before heading out.
